COURSER is seeking a knowledgeable Client Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for key clients, helping them optimize product use and achieve goals.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate with Outside Sales, manage service requests, and drive retention and wallet share. This role requires 3+ years in account management or customer success, a business background, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years in account management or customer success.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and coordinate with the Outside Sales rep on hand-offs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key client decision-makers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and present business reviews, quotes, and service plans.
• Proactively gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate timelines and ensure requests are satisfied promptly and accurately.
