Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager I to develop and maintain strong client and broker partnerships for small to mid-size accounts. You will engage in strategic planning, analyze population health data, and drive clinical and savings outcomes through proactive support and data-driven recommendations.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Clinical leadership to implement engagement plans, manage renewals, and explore growth opportunities. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 2–5 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or HR/benefits.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong client and broker/consultant partnerships for small to mid-size clients.
• Analyze population health and care utilization data and communicate insights clearly.
• Support client implementations and renewals, driving revenue growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to improve client engagement plans and utilization.
