Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client services or 10+ years with HS/GED, insurance license, and ability to travel up to 25%. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold insurance license and be able to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and using technology to maximize productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Serve as strategic relationship manager and liaison between Gallagher and clients, fostering partnerships.
• Champion Gallagher resources to ensure efficiency and quality in delivering client deliverables.
