Job summary

Versatex, a division of d.e. Foxx & Associates, is seeking a Client Success Manager to own client relationships from day one in a hybrid Atlanta setting.

You will serve as the voice of the client internally and the face of value externally, ensuring clients recognize what we deliver, renew, and grow with us. You’ll manage end-to-end relationships, drive adoption, surface issues, translate procurement metrics into executive-ready narratives, and lead renewals with a proactive stance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or managed-services delivery.
• Executive presence with VPs, CPOs, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication discipline and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end with weekly check-ins and monthly updates.
• Advocate for the client internally; surface issues and drive resolutions.
