Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Client Success in Atlanta, GA to own the post-sale client relationship and drive value realization. You will partner with Sales and Product to maximize product adoption, define service strategies, and deliver scalable client experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, professional communication, and an ability to manage complex multi-regional engagements from the North America team. In-office presence is required several days weekly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
• Ability to communicate complex terms to clients in business language.
• Experience working across countries and time zones in client settings.
• Strong knowledge of payment industry trends and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and adoption of Visa products for clients.
• Lead client success plans and monitor adoption metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to meet client needs.
• Escalate and resolve significant client issues and incidents.
• Develop client education materials and run webinars as needed.
• Conduct periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa teams.
