Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management within Banking/Financial Services.
• Delivery leadership with full lifecycle project oversight and on-time execution.
• Ability to demonstrate ROI and value realization for clients.
• Experience in renewals, upsells, and account growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of CES delivery on the account, including renewals and profitability.
• Collaborate with other offerings to deliver a full-stack client experience.
• Drive pipeline development, proactive solutions, and revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide progress reporting to leadership.
• Align resourcing strategy to maximize client satisfaction and address constraints.
• Ensure disciplined cash collection and AR issue resolution.
• Ensure delivery and commercial compliance with contractual obligations.
• Share insights and coordinate with peer CSMs for large multi-layer accounts.
• Advocate for client needs and act as the escalation point for issues.
• Drive governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement on the account.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, marketing, and product to meet client objectives.
• Maintain deep understanding of CES and DXC offerings to meet client needs.
