Job summary

BELAY Corporate is seeking a Client Success Consultant (CSC) to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring successful service delivery and alignment with client needs. You will drive client retention, support revenue growth, and provide strategic consulting in a remote setting within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident presence
• Responsive and professional that builds credibility
• Relational and intuitive with client-facing experience
• Able to plan and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable using video and phone calls as primary communication methods in a virtual environment

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Communicate, present, and influence credibly at executive and C‑suite levels
• Understand client objectives to provide strategic guidance and upsell BELAY solutions
• Develop action plans with clients and track progress to ensure exceptional experience
