Job summary

Visa in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced individual contributor to solve complex client issues and drive cross-functional initiatives within a hybrid office setting. You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Systems, Risk and Legal teams to deliver high-value service, advocate for clients, train staff, and lead operational improvements while staying current on payments industry trends.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of credit card processing and payment gateways.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and client advocacy.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus depending on region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value customer service to Visa clients and staff.
• Collaborate with Clients to identify efficiencies and required actions.
• Advocate for Visa Clients to internal teams (Client Success, Sales, Product, Systems, Risk, Legal).
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinate resources.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly and update support documentation.
• Establish strong client relationships and represent clients within Visa.
• Identify operational improvements to boost service quality and efficiency.
• Report project accomplishments to senior management and act as escalation point.
