Responsibilities

• Partner with Banking and Sales to support strategic client reviews and growth opportunities.
• Own day-to-day client relationship management routines for assigned complex client relationships.
• Coordinate project management for product migrations and service-related needs.
• Participate in project meetings for large client implementations and monitor milestones.
• Resolve client escalations by mobilizing internal partners and driving timely decisions.
