Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Client Success Officer for the MidCorp Northeast to own end-to-end client relationships with complex commercial clients, coordinating across banking, treasury, implementation, service and KYC to deliver an enhanced client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in Business Operations, Client Services, or Sales Support.
• Clear, effective communication for in-person, virtual, and executive-level audiences.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products and services with client interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Banking and Sales for strategic client reviews and growth opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned complex clients and highlight capabilities.
• Coordinate and manage product migrations and service-related needs.
