Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Success Officer to serve as a key liaison with Commercial & Investment Bank clients across the country. This role focuses on enhancing client experience and executing growth and retention strategies within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a background in Business Operations or Client Services, along with comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Products. The position involves managing client escalations, coordinating service implementations, and driving client satisfaction.

Some travel (20%) is required, and the role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equivalent prior work experience in Business Operations / Client Services / Sales Support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Products and Services.
• Proven proficiency in managing client problem resolution.
