Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Associate for Commercial Bank operations in Tempe, AZ. You will manage multiple client relationships, resolving complex treasury and cash management requests and coordinating with global partners.

You will serve as the primary contact for your portfolio, building trusted relationships with senior client contacts and delivering solutions that align with their strategic objectives while upholding JPMorganChase standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client book autonomously, delivering solutions and upholding JPMorganChase standards.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Proactively identify service improvements and solicit client feedback to drive satisfaction.
• Conduct annual relationship reviews to identify potential fraud exposure and mitigate risk.
• Discuss client trends with internal partners to customize solutions.
• Participate in deal team meetings for new products and services.
• Influence internal partners to recommend products based on client behavior.
• Learn and understand technologies to support client consultation and requests.
• Identify opportunities for digital self-service solutions with high adoption.
• Solicit feedback on product and service offerings to adapt to changing banking landscape.
