Job summary

COURSER is seeking a Client Account Manager in Topeka, KS to serve as the primary contact for key clients, optimize product use, and ensure satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, managing quotes and timelines, and contributing to growth initiatives while maintaining high service standards and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or sales.
• Proactive, client-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to coordinate with Services, Sales, Engineering and Support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with Outside Sales for hand-offs.
• Develop relationships with client decision-makers and identify growth opportunities.
• Gather feedback and translate needs into service or product enhancements.
• Oversee quotes, pricing, and availability with internal teams for timely estimates.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues escalated with proper resources.
• Prepare for client discussions with understanding of business, decision makers, and gaps.
