Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking a Client Success Manager- Client Growth to manage a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth, client retention, and operational support. The role focuses on expanding services, nurturing relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities within existing client organizations.

Based in Overland Park, KS, travel up to 20% may be required as part of client engagements and in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of account management or client success experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and meet revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building relationships and understanding business needs.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and expand service adoption across departments and stakeholders.
• Identify and advance expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling within existing client organizations.
• Manage client projects, renewals, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure service excellence.
• Track opportunities, revenue impact, and client communications in CRM systems.
• Resolve client inquiries related to billing, interpreting services, and quality while maintaining relationships.
• Represent Propio through client presentations, reviews, training, and internal/external initiatives.
