Courser is seeking a knowledgeable Client Account Manager in Savannah, GA to act as the primary contact for key clients. You will help optimize product use, build strong client relationships, and drive satisfaction and retention while growing wallet share.

The role combines technical aptitude with customer support and account management, requiring collaboration across Services, Sales, Engineering, and Client Support to deliver solutions and quotes promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in account management or related field.
• Experience in selling or supporting technology to clients in a business environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s point person for assigned accounts, coordinating with Outside Sales on hand-offs and service requests.
• Develop strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
