Job summary

The Connection is seeking a Client Engagement Manager who will build and sustain strong client relationships while ensuring successful delivery of products and services. You will be the primary contact for clients, aligning objectives with service execution to drive satisfaction and growth.

Guided by the LAER model, you will own onboarding, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and secure renewals, collaborating with sales, operations, and technical teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of similar type experience.
• CRM and executive-level relationship management.
• Strategic communication and business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
• Consultative selling and LAER model familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong collaboration across sales, operations, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with SLAs and contracts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue targets.
• Lead a team of on-site technicians and engineers, coaching and development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
