Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks an Account Director, Client Success to lead designated strategic client accounts and own relationships across Clario units. You will drive satisfaction, retention, and growth by building trusted partnerships and ensuring seamless delivery of Clario’s products and services.

You will collaborate with internal teams and advocate for client needs to optimize outcomes, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years managing complex client accounts with commercial and service delivery responsibility.
• 3 years in life sciences; clinical data or endpoint collection services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and governance structures.
• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact across Clario business units.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop and execute account strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer to align expectations and drive value.
• Support client education on Clario products and services to drive growth and ROI.
• Monitor account health, SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables, mitigating risks.
