Qualifications

• Experience with IT service management principles, SLAs, and SoW management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of service delivery processes including implementation, maintenance, and reporting.
• Understanding of contract management, tracking deliverables and client operations.
• Familiarity with coordinating resources and developing action plans to improve service quality.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with total account system support and act as the single interface for readiness and execution of operations.
• Establish, maintain, and improve client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee the delivery of contracted services and ensure service levels are met.
• Track and report contract deliverables including maintenance operations and client maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
