Job summary

Lockstep Technology Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead IT consulting engagements from kickoff to strategy. You will supervise delivery quality and client satisfaction, coordinating resources and budgets to achieve profitability, while driving process improvements across departments.

The role demands strong communication, problem solving, and leadership to guide teams and maintain excellent client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• 3–5 years of IT consulting or related experience with service delivery focus.
• Proven track record in managing IT service delivery with a client-satisfaction focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of IT consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, scope, and budget.
• Oversee the service delivery lifecycle from kickoff to road mapping and goal setting.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high service standards.
• Serve as the main client contact and build long-lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with technical and consulting teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor engagement budgets and forecast revenue and costs with finance and sales.
