Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required.
• 4-7 years of relevant commercial banking experience (portfolio management/underwriting).
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage commercial loan portfolio and assess loan requests.
• Lead CR workflow and prioritize tasks; collaborate with underwriting, QA, QC, and CQA partners.
• Develop and deepen client relationships; identify cross-sell opportunities and revenue growth.
• Conduct relationship reviews and engage clients to expand mature relationships.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines; accurate risk rating.
