Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Commercial Credit/Relationship Manager to monitor risk, manage credit reviews, and collaborate with underwriting, QA, and cross-functional partners. You will identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand product usage across portfolios.

With 4–7 years in commercial banking, you will partner with Commercial Bankers to grow loans, deposits, and core fees while ensuring adherence to risk policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business is required.
• 4–7 years of relevant commercial banking and/or prior experience as a Commercial Portfolio Manager and/or Commercial Underwriter.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit risk and CR workflow; ensure proper risk ratings.
• Assist Commercial Bankers with portfolio management and client engagement.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen client relationships and revenue.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, QA/QC, and other partners for underwriting quality.
• Lead or co-lead relationship expansion efforts and meet growth goals.
