Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for client requests, liaising with internal MetLife teams to provide consultative solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Lead and participate in client- and internal-facing presentations and strategy discussions.
• Establish processes and reports, review contract documents, complete broker agreements, and ensure accurate data input in MetLife systems.
• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with internal partners to support successful outcomes.
