Job summary

Ample, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a senior client services and strategic leadership professional to own key client relationships and strategic workstreams, leading high-stakes client strategy conversations while staying hands-on when needed.

You will manage a portfolio of retainers, coach mid-level staff, and collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists. The role is remote with on-site Cincinnati presence once per week and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced agency environments and client services leadership.
• Ability to own complex, high-stakes client relationships and strategic discussions.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members and manage multiple accounts.
