Job summary

Hyperquake, a Cincinnati-based creative strategy and branding agency, seeks a Senior Client Leader to manage client engagements and lead agency teams to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy.

You will be the voice of the client within the agency and ensure outstanding customer service while growing client relationships across multiple campaigns and services in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of client leadership and project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with budgets.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing digital campaigns.
• Ability to build client and agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes with client leadership, including deliverables, timelines and budget.
• Set up and manage multi-functional projects and track scope through the lifecycle.
• Manage shifts/changes and align all parties.
• Own and manage project budgets and mitigate risks.
• Create internal and client-facing timelines and milestones.
• Plan team assignments based on capacity.
• Identify risks early and solve problems with the team.
• Coordinate vendors as needed for projects.
• Own internal status docs and traffic meetings.
• Lead client meetings and status updates with the leadership team.
• Capture notes and next steps for planned meetings.
• Maintain project financials and conduct final budget reconciliation.
• Identify learnings and process improvements.
• Support growth opportunities and new business pitches.
