Salas O’Brien is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our Cincinnati division’s client base and drive profitable growth. You will lead cross‑functional teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional client outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

Based in Cincinnati or remote, this hybrid role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering complex engineering projects with a focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years progressive technical experience preferred, with PM experience.
• Experience in engineering, automation, construction, or related technical services.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with key client stakeholders to create a sustainable pipeline and backlog.
• Lead project teams to deliver on commitments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and structure terms that align with profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate across divisions to win and deliver work as One Salas O’Brien.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites and project locations.
