Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of ICE Mortgage Technology products and services.
• Expertise in Servicing and Default operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements and teams.
• Understanding of escrow processes, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads business consulting projects and defines strategy to meet client objectives.
• Configures client needs and establishes governance for delivery.
• Defines scope, objectives and requirements with executive alignment.
• Provides strategic recommendations on practices, regulations, and tech changes.
• Mentors Senior and Junior Consultants and drives professional development.
• Leads training for client and technical support personnel on enhancements and changes.
• Travel to client sites up to 10% and manage stakeholder communications.
