Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Principal Consultant, Elevated Client Services, to provide strategic subject matter expertise across ICE Mortgage Technology Servicing functions. You will lead complex engagements, conduct impact analyses, perform knowledge transfer, and manage program initiatives impacting the function.

You will mentor teams, establish best practices, and align client strategies with product delivery while guiding governance and program management for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client engagements and guiding project teams.
• Expertise in escrow reconciliation, compliance reporting, and escrow settlement processes.
• Strong knowledge of Servicing and Default operations and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to estimate work effort, manage budgets, and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex consulting engagements, defines strategy and approach to meet client requirements.
• Configures and documents client needs, establishing governance for project delivery.
• Develops specifications and data models for product development and testing.
• Provides strategic recommendations on best practices and regulatory changes.
• Travels to client sites up to 10% to facilitate discussions and drive alignment.
• Mentors and coaches junior team members to build capability across the organization.
• Leads training and enablement on enhancements, analytics, and regulatory changes.
