Timebox Pro is seeking a polished Client Relationship Manager to act as the face of the company for local client partners on a part‑time, on‑demand basis. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development in IT or professional services.
• Based in/near Parsippany, NJ with ability to travel locally for in‑person meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to executives and collaborating with project teams.
• Active listening to uncover client needs and align with timebox IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for designated client partners; act as high‑touch primary contact during critical touchpoints, with on‑demand meetings in‑person (Parsippany/NJ) or via video.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights and relay to Timebox Pro management; identify expansion opportunities.
• Protect account health and retention by proactive issue flagging and maintaining strong client relationships.
