Job summary

Timebox Pro is seeking a polished Client Relationship Manager (CRM) on a part-time, on-demand basis. You will be the face of Timebox Pro to local client partners, meeting face-to-face or virtually as needed in the Parsippany area, and ensuring professional representation at all times.

The role emphasizes relationship building, active listening, and strategic feedback to drive client satisfaction and potential expansion of IT/digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development within IT/professional services.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary, high-touch contact for designated client partners.
• Represent Timebox Pro’s values, services, and commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
• Conduct on-demand meetings (in-person Parsippany/NJ area or via video) to check project health and client satisfaction.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Timebox Pro management.
• Identify expansion opportunities or areas where IT and digital solutions can add value.
