Job summary

ExtensisHR, a leading U.S. PEO, is seeking an Account Manager in New Jersey. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, partnering with internal teams to deliver HR, benefits, payroll, and compliance services, while driving client growth and satisfaction.

You will act as a strategic advisor, conduct business reviews, and support renewals. Strong communication and collaboration are essential, with hybrid or remote work options based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Act as a strategic advisor aligning PEO services with client objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support client renewals and retention strategies by showcasing value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Monitor satisfaction and advocate for service enhancements.
• Deliver benefit presentations and client-facing materials.
• Track account performance with dashboards and KPIs.
• Stay current on ExtensisHR service offerings.
