Job summary

Talentify in New Jersey is seeking a Client Service Representative to support our clients by handling day-to-day requirements and ensuring high quality execution for end customers. You will coordinate client requests and act as a consultative extension to recommend on projects and programs.

This role requires MS Office proficiency, the ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines, and a willingness to travel up to 5%. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior client contacts.
• Willing to travel up to 5% as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks related to client requirements and ensure client service obligations are met.
• Serve as a consultative extension of the client to provide recommendations on projects and program execution.
• Assist with onboarding tasks as defined in client requirements.
• Identify opportunities with clients and communicate with the Client Services Manager to drive revenue growth.
• Identify client health risks and coordinate with other departments for solutions.
• Proactively identify and report monthly financial variances.
• Quality check invoices to ensure services are accounted for.
• Proficient in operating an Electric Pallet Jack as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
