Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or sales.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in phone-based outreach.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for past, current, and prospective clients.
• Proactively reach out to clients to introduce services and maintain engagement.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, goals, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Manifest Health's services.
• Drive recurring revenue by maintaining ongoing client engagement and repeat business.
• Re-engage past clients and convert them into active accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, in-person and virtual meetings to stay top-of-mind with clients.
