Job summary

JPMorganChase Healthcare Payments is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to consult directly with leading U.S. provider organizations, strengthen relationships, and influence revenue retention and growth.

As a hands-on individual contributor, you will engage clients with a consultative approach to help them achieve revenue and scorecard goals, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value and ensure HIPAA-compliant, secure processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales position.
• Ability to learn JPMorgan's solution suite and articulate value proposition.
• Sound judgment in compliance and managing sensitive customer data.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities contributing to the revenue plan.
• Demonstrate understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions and processes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell Healthcare Payment solutions.
• Represent the team in client meetings and help prioritize projects.
• Serve as escalation point for service issues and coordinate escalation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams in support of customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities.
