Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Sales and Solutions Individual Contributor in Healthcare Payments to define and configure complex solutions for key client relationships and prospects. You will own the voice of the customer, understand needs, and communicate feedback to Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will carry your own quota, prospect, create pipeline and leads, and work with Treasury and Healthcare Banker to support Healthcare Payments product needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience across multiple teams and products.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~35%.
• Experience configuring solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and configure client-facing products and capabilities.
• Own pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge.
• Engage with client teams to understand pain points and refine solutions.
• Regularly communicate client feedback to Product teams to inform the roadmap.
• Maintain a quota and prospect pipeline; source new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker to support product needs.
