Qualifications

• Sound judgement with regard to compliance and handling sensitive data.
• Excellent organization and follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities to achieve revenue plan.
• Demonstrate understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell healthcare payment solutions.
• Represent the team in client meetings.
• Help clients prioritize projects to meet goals.
• Serve as escalation point for service issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with related teams across Healthcare Payments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities.
