Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales position.
• Excellent people skills and ability navigate hard conversations with clients.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand JP Morgan’s solution suite and articulate our value proposition.
• Sound judgment in compliance, setting customer expectations, and managing sensitive customer situations and data.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions, products and processes
• Work with Team to Identify opportunities to upsell customers additional Healthcare Payment solutions
• Represent the team in client meetings
• Help clients prioritize projects to best meet goals
• Serve as an escalation point for any service issues from client: manage the escalation activities and is meticulously organized
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Healthcare Payments Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Service in support of your customers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
