Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Sales Product Solutions Individual Contributor in Healthcare Payments to define and configure complex solutions for key client relationships, owning pipeline and quota.

You will collaborate with Treasury Representatives and Healthcare Bankers, communicating customer needs to Product teams and helping shape the product roadmap while delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent in solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience managing a sales cycle and engaging with clients regularly.
• Experience tailoring preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
• Previous work in a matrixed, complex organization.
• Understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel ~35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, configuring optimal solutions for patients management and hospital systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on defined product sets and client needs trends.
• Own pricing, pipeline and account planning; upskill the team with training collateral.
• Engage with client teams to understand pain points and relay feedback to Product teams for roadmap input.
• Demonstrate a sales mentality with quota focus and goal orientation.
• Maintain organization across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Source new opportunities while managing inbound requests.
• Demonstrate proactive and hardworking nature.
• Use a consultative approach to understand current to future state with product implementation.
