Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. seeks a Client Relationship Manager to lead proactive client management, education, and profitable growth of assigned regional Tier 2 and 3 business. You will nurture broker relationships, drive renewal conversations, and deliver consultative content to clients and partners.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, with travel as needed. Preference for Texas-based candidate but regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalency strongly preferred.
• 5+ years employee benefits / insurance industry experience preferred.
• Required insurance licensing.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills; able to influence a range of constituents.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proactive client and broker relationships.
• Lead client and partner meetings and create consultative content for the audience.
• Drive renewal conversations and collaborate with sales.
• Educate clients on Voya capabilities and solutions.
• Strategically manage book of business to meet profitability targets.
