Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee, service, and grow corporate client relationships. You will act as the main contact across Morgan Stanley at Work teams to ensure client expectations are met and satisfaction maintained.

You will conduct client meetings, drove partnerships, analyze needs, and guide plan management while aligning with business objectives. This role requires travel up to 25% across North America and a strong client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma in Business, Economics or similar.
• Minimum 3 years in an Account Management, Client Services, or Sales role.
• Experience in the equity or share plan industry.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build partnership relationships with senior client contacts.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to solve problems and uncover opportunities.
• Conduct needs analysis and prepare specifications for client requests.
• Deliver business reviews with thought leadership and analytics.
• Maintain awareness of new product functionality for plans.
