Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in professional services, implementation, client services, sales, HR or payroll/finance environments.
• Preferred license: Property and Casualty Insurance producers license.
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills; ability to lead executive conversations.
• Proven ability to manage service recovery and drive client satisfaction.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task; deadline-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and platform skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, positive relationships with clients and support initiatives.
• Build partnerships with key client decision makers to enhance trust.
• Ensure offerings meet client expectations and objectives.
• Support client business goals with industry and practitioner knowledge.
• Maximize retention by addressing issues proactively with ADP teams.
• Act as liaison between client and ADP; collaborate with Product, Implementation, Sales and more.
• Conduct proactive calls and periodic field reviews to ensure performance.
• Mentor less experienced Relationship Managers.
• Assist with reporting, evaluations, trend analysis, and education.
• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
