ADP is hiring a Client HR Business Partner III. In this role you'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve their most critical business challenges.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related environment.
• 5–8 years in customer service or human resources with proven positive results.
• College degree is helpful but not required; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting to ADP's largest clients with product knowledge and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across ADP solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients to set priorities, plan actions, and follow up.
• Share knowledge with less experienced colleagues and educate clients on solutions.
