Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, supporting nearly 16 million savers. This role focuses on protecting confidential data, fostering elite advisor relationships, and delivering strategic analyses to optimize plan performance.

The position requires strong communication, project management, and travel readiness to engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams, driving client retention and revenue growth within retirement services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of retirement services experience.
• Direct client relationship experience in financial services.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; group presentations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Understanding of investments in retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Engage with elite advisors and C-level executives to deliver education and strategic communications.
• Develop education strategies for platform rollouts and enhancements; provide training as needed.
• Analyze existing books of business to identify plan retention and revenue opportunities.
• Lead cross-sell opportunities and deliver customized reporting (AFCA, Plan Illustrator, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the Ascensus experience and client satisfaction.
