Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Ability to work independently as required, but also work within and contribute to a highly cohesive team environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including group presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure secure handling to prevent disclosure.
• Foster elite advisor relationships and provide value-added analyses.
• Meet with C-Level executives to discuss education and communication strategies.
• Communicate platform rollouts and provide training as appropriate.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to serve clients.
