Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for retirement plans, seeks a Client Services Consultant in Minnesota. You will deliver consultative service, resolve complex plan issues and collaborate with Relationship Managers to enhance client satisfaction.

Role requires deep retirement plan knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to mentor teammates while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Flexible hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years direct client experience in Retirement Services preferred.
• Certification or working towards ASPPA, CEBS, etc. preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of Ascensus and clients.
• Proficient in MS Office; especially Word and Excel; Access and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate thorough retirement plan knowledge and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor others in retirement plan and client relations.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager to retain clients and grow the book of business.
• Ensure proactive communication and timely resolution of client issues.
