Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Client Relations Executive to retain and grow client relationships, coordinating with operations to ensure long-term success. Travel 50%–70% of the time to client sites and reviews.

Role emphasizes leadership, consultative sales, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across janitorial and facilities segments. Strong English communication and CRM experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial or facilities industry.
• Business-level fluency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Target, discover, qualify, verify, present and validate additional business opportunities.
• Develop and implement quarterly business reviews and retention strategy.
• Lead the transition of new/additional business with guidance to operations leaders.
• Maintain high-touch relationships with key client individuals.
• Develop strategy maps for strategic clients and expand service offerings.
