Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Client Relations Executive in Nashville to retain and grow the customer relationship. You will work with both the customer and operations teams to ensure long-term success by delivering quality service.

Expect 50%–70% travel to support key accounts. Required five years of sales/operations experience in janitorial or facilities services, strong English communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have five years of sales and operations experience in janitorial or facilities industry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify additional business opportunities and present solutions.
• Develop quarterly business reviews and retention strategies.
• Lead the transition of new/additional business with operations teams.
• Maintain high-level client contact and build long-term relationships.
• Prepare and present client solutions and negotiate to meet profit goals.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with leaders to expand services to key accounts.
