Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Client Relationship Director to join our remote UK team. You will drive commercial growth, manage senior client relationships, and lead account strategies across therapeutic areas, services, and regions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop compelling proposals, and negotiate commercial terms while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical services environment, CRO, Life Sciences.
• Experience in FSP (Functional Service Provider) sales.
• Manage accounts, develop business strategy, and execute commercial initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead bid pursuit meetings and proposal strategy development with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and pricing to win business.
