Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical. This role leads client interactions within the assigned account, develops and executes the account plan, and collaborates with Senior Client Partner and Group Managers to ensure successful client management and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 11+ years of experience considered in lieu of degree
• Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and build a portfolio up to $30-50M; own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments
• Create the account plan including relationships, opportunities, pricing decisions
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, client presentations, and proposal development
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to resolve people- or infrastructure-related issues affecting delivery
• Balance multiple projects across delivery managers and horizontal units
• Drive adoption and revenue generation from GTM solutions within the account
• Collaborate with Solutions Leader to design tailored pitches and ensure revenue realization
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Account Plan with stakeholders, opportunities, revenues, risks
• Provide pre-sales and proposal support for new opportunities beyond the assigned account scope
