Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical in the United States. You will lead client interactions within the assigned account, develop and execute the account plan, and collaborate with Senior Client Partner and Group Managers to ensure successful client management.

You will handle a portfolio up to $30-50M, drive market research, proposals, and negotiations, and work with Delivery and Solutions Leaders to realize revenue and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Proposal creation and leadership of proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with large multi-location consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and develop the account plan for an assigned scope.
• Oversee client relationships, opportunity management, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments.
• Create account plans, governance structures, and stakeholder mappings.
• Lead market research, client presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to resolve delivery issues affecting the client.
• Balance multiple engagements across delivery managers and units.
• Drive adoption and revenue from GTM solutions within the account.
• Collaborate with Solutions Leader to tailor pitches and ensure revenue realization.
• Provide pre-sales and proposal support beyond the assigned scope.
