Job summary

Infosys seeks a Manager - Client Services for its Consumer Retail & Logistics vertical. This role leads all client interactions within the assigned account scope and collaborates with the Senior Client Partner and Group Managers to develop and execute the account plan.

The position manages a portfolio with a $30–50M P&L, drives market research, proposal development, and commercial negotiations, and ensures delivery commitments across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 11+ years experience in sales/relationship/account management is a plus.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30-50M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments to the client.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships, opportunities, price decisions, etc.
